LetterDock does not endorse unlawful unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messaging or unauthorised processing of personal data.

Senders must establish an appropriate legal basis for their communications and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Marketing communications must include an effective unsubscribe mechanism where legally required. Opt-out requests must be respected.

Purchased contact lists, deceptive sender identities, misleading subject lines and unlawful unsolicited marketing are prohibited.
